OUTSTANDING MONEY FOR “I FI I” TICKETS

Good Night Class of 2015,
As the Smoker 2012 Planning Committee works to assiduously finalize the accounts for our Smoker 2012 production “i fi i” we are asking that all outstanding money for tickets as well as any unsold tickets be submitted by WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2012.

For your convenience an official collection contact person has been appointed for each Junior Clerkship location. Please ensure that they write down your name, amount collected as well as the show times they are related to. The contact persons are:

If you are unsure if you have any money outstanding or would just like to confirm our ticket records with your own please feel free to message Kimberly Salmon (on Facebook) ON or AFTER Thursday, September 27, 2012.

We urge you to please make every effort to adhere to the deadline so we can collate funds to donate to the Gastrointestinal Department at the University Hospital of the West Indies as soon as possible.
