Note as well that the attached nomination forms are not yet available at the designated areas ie. the Dean's Office and the Office of Basic Medical Sciences. Interested individuals should contact you for such forms. Finally, with respect to the JAMSA Constitution, changes have been made but are unavailable at this time; you will receive this information at a later date.
