NOTICE

1) Please collect and take all RED tickets for pictures at pinning tomorrow.

2) EVERYONE please be at Assembly Hall at 1:30 or before so they can seat us. 

3) Wearing your clothes to school is your option, as long as you wear either a white coat or a bushjacket and appropriate attire whether you wear it or take it to school is still your choice.

4) Ladies we have to walk up and down stairs so be careful when choosing a shoe to wear.....high heels are not recommended (for those not used to them) but its your choice

5) We are suppose to sit on the left hand side when facing the stage. Then an entire of persons will stand TOGETHER and proceed to the stage up the LEFT STAIRS and stop at the FIRST TAPE (marked on the stage) and then once your name is called you will proceed to the SECOND TAPE on the stage to be pinned and take a photograph. It was suggested that you stand in line with the tape so that the photographer can get a good shot. 

6) If you are NOT taking a photo package picture please proceed down the CENTRE STAIRS and back to you seat along the MIDDLE walkway.

7) If you ARE taking a PHOTO PACKAGE, proceed to the other side of the stage (the right hand side - the part infront of 2k14) and down the stairs to the photo booths. Please present your red ticket and take your picture. There should be arrows that will lead you out and to the outside of assembly hall. You should then walk behind the crowd and then back to your seat.

8) It is a high definition camera that is taking the pictures so it will be value for money. 

9) Please remember that if you are taking the shuttle you to pay by 10am tomorrow the latest. 

10) Please remember that they have asked that we wear our PINNING OUTFITS to the party so there is no need to change. If you want to change, you will be charged at the gate for entry into the party. 

11) the party should end around 12 / 12:30.

12) Please be reminded that groups A & B have cell bio labs tomorrow.
