OSCE
Please note that the OSCE will be held tomorrow March 20th, 2013. All students of the current rotation should be assembled in the seminar room by 8:10 am. Repeat students should assemble by the back grill of the paediatric block (where you exited at last exam). THE EXAM IS SET TO START AT 8:30 AM
I repeat ONLY PEN OR PENCIL needs to be brought to the exam. You are not permitted to leave bags or books in the seminar room or on the ward. If you do you will not be able to access it until after the exam. DO NOT come to the window asking anyone to pass anything outside!!!!!

MCQ
The MCQ exams will be held in the medical library and will commence at 8:00 am. You have been divided into three groups all colour coded. The RED group is to assemble by 7:40 am outside the medical library. DO NOT BRING ANY CELL PHONE OR BAGS OR BOOKS. THERE WILL BE NO ONE TO CHECK IN THESE ITEMS. THIS IS NOT THE USUAL OPENING TIME FOR THE LIBRARY. You will be allowed in to sign into OURvle.
The GREEN GROUP is to congregate outside the MEDICAL LIBRARY and the BROWN GROUP IN THE SEMINAR ROOM no later than 9:30 am. You need to be accounted for before the red group can be dismissed from the library.
The green group will start their exam at 10:00am.
The BROWN GROUP will be sequestered until11:30 and then escorted over to the medical library to commence their exam at 12 midday. This group is allowed to walk with their books to review whilst being sequestered.
THERE ARE STUDENTS WHO HAVE OTHER EXAMS ON THE SAME DAY. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THERE ARE NO CLASHES. IF THERE IS CONTACT MYSELF OR DR TROTMAN ASAP. PEOPLE CANNOT SWITCH GROUPS WITHOUT NOTICE. THERE IS A LIMITED NUMBER OF COMPUTERS WHICH PREVENTS THIS.
