Dear students,
This is an initial communication regarding the captioned matter.
Please be advised that your fourth year clerkship registration on SAS is scheduled to begin on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 5:00a.m. and end on April 30, 2013 at 11:59p.m.
The registration will take a different format, this means that you will not be selecting groups but rather registering for each 10 week block separately. Each course is linked with a pre-requisite and this information will be communicated to you in another email tomorrow. You will be provided with the courses along with the pre-requisites and the CRN numbers to facilitate the process. To register for a ten week block you must select all the courses attached to that section as illustrated below, to successfully complete that block.

This registration format may not allow for students to remain in a particular group (e.g. group A1 for the entire year) but everyone is given to option to choose to register for a set of ten week clerkships anywhere across the schedule.
I also take this opportunity to encourage persons with outstanding balances to make the necessary arrangements with the bursary. Registration will be allowed on the basis that you are financially cleared. Please settle outstanding balances.
Students transferring to the Bahamas and doing Pathology/Microbiology are NOT required to register. That process will be facilitated through the Undergraduate Affairs Section.
