Students who will be doing the following clerkships during the periods indicated are scheduled to select their Training sites on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013 at 6:30pm. The containers will remain opened until January 3, 2014.
Log onto OurVLE2 as soon as possible. If you don’t you wont be able to select a site on the scheduled date.
Students who will NOT be able to logon or select a site are those:
1. Who are either not registered at all, not registered in the correct group or in the correct semester. Please double check your registration carefully to ensure you register or registered properly, don’t’ wait until it’s too late.
2. Whose passwords has expired.
3. Who have financial holds on their accounts, but if you have a payment plan in place with the Bursary you may speak with someone in the Billings and Receivables Section, informing them that you need for them to release the hold so that you will be able to logon and select your training site. Do not wait until the last minute to do this
Please note that I CANNOT assist anybody by placing them at a site; so it makes sense that you get yourself sorted out from now before the date for site selection.
