Dear Students

 

Attached is an updated list of students who have been added to their respective groups  and should be able to select a site by 8:30pm tonight.  Please note that those who have "Not Found" beside their ID# still have not logged onto OURVLE 2.  There is a detail column which indicates what the problem is if you are not able to logon up to now.  I was unable to name each sheet because of time constraint but its easy to navigate through the ten of them.  Some Id# might have one to three zeros missing from before the first digit this due a problem downloading to excel from OURVLE

Site Selection Update

Dear Students


I have forwarded some of the email messages sent to me yesterday to the  IT person
 and he has done some checks.  The results returned were:

1. some person have financial hold on their account
2. others did not logon until after 6pm yesterday even though they claimed that they logged on before.  The IT person informed me that he was on  the system up to 6pm yesterday adding those who logged on before.

The attached indicate those who were added to their groups up to 6pm yesterday and should have access to their respective course container(s).  If the comment "Not Found" is beside your name then you did not logon before 6pm. Those who have "Found" did logon before and have been added to their respective group and should have access to the container(s) and are encouraged to select a training site.  make sure you have no financial hold  and your password is up to date.

Good day Ms. Russell.
Please see attached the updated status list of persons who were added to their respective groups in their respective courses as of Saturday August 10, 2013 at 6:00pm. Based on your mails so far some of the students seem to have only logged on yesterday evening, whilst others have registration and password expiry issues. If you have any any further queries or comments please feel free to let me know.

Selection of Training Site on OurVLE - August 10, 2013

Dear Students

 

The groups stated below will commence clerkship on August 26 and is required to select training sites on August 10, 2013 at 6:30 pm on OURVLE.   Your password must be up-to-date and you must be financially cleared in order to access the system.

 

In recent times we have noted that students are able to select a site over the limit assigned. The IT personnel are working assiduously to correct this problem but if it is not corrected before August 10,  I am asking students not sign on to the site once it has reached it limit.  If this is done the Dean's office will re-assign you to any available site  without consultation.  Looking forward to your co-operation.
